How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Act as the primary lead across all disciplines to ensure holistic and well-coordinated care.

• Track, record, and communicate patient conditions and execute physician and nursing orders.

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective patient care plans.

• Proactively identify hazards and emergency situations to maintain safety, while managing discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
