Project Manager Skills and Requirements 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically in Structural Steel Erection. A background in Engineering. Expertise in Structural Steel Erection processes and procedures. Ability to accurately interpret sketches and blueprints, including design, construction, architectural, and subcontractor drawings. Commitment to performing work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. Experience with larger projects such as stadiums, high‑rises, and universities is preferred.
