Onsite to start, then will move to hybrid schedule Responsibilities Ensures the company’s financial foundation is clean, predictable, and scalable by establishing strong financial systems and operational discipline. Act as a trusted operational partner and right hand to the CEO, helping build the financial structure required for the company’s next stage of growth. Lead month-end and year-end close process Ensure timely, accurate financial statements Reconcile all balance sheet accounts Maintain general ledger integrity Oversee inventory valuation and WIP accounting Maintain standard costing methodology Analyze variances (labor, materials, overhead) Strengthen internal control environment Design approval and documentation processes Ensure compliance with GAAP Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or in process, preferred 5–8+ years progressive accounting experience 3+ years in manufacturing environment Strong inventory & cost accounting knowledge Experience leading month-end close ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) Strong Excel skills Strong operational and systematic mindset Experience in growth-stage company, preferred Experience cleaning up or building systems, preferred Multi-channel revenue exposure (DTC, Amazon, wholesale), preferred Clear communicator with non-financial managers Comfortable working directly with CEO High ownership mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr
