Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a Plant Tech to join their team. As a Plant Tech, you will be part of the plant operations supporting maintenance and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: GILLETTE, WY

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: 12-hour shifts following this rotation: 4 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 3 off, 4 days, totaling 7 days off in a rotation

What's the Job?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate support equipment as required, including plant wash-down and control room operations
• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and repair functions on crushing and conveying equipment
• Assist with plant wash-down and support daily operational activities
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in plant maintenance scenarios

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate support equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Welding and cutting skills are a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Steel Toe Boots required
• No prior experience required; training provided
