Pay Rate: $17-20/hr DOE Shift differential for weekend shifts and overnight shifts. Flexible scheduling! We work with your availability to get you to your preferred weekly hours every week. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and engaging conversation Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer medication and appointment reminders Support personal care with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Deliver specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s care Provide transportation to errands and appointments Requirements Ability to pass background and DMV checks Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Willingness to work some weekends and drive throughout the service area Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude Work Schedule & Benefits Flexible part-time shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends Shift differentials offered for overnight work/weekend work Supportive team environment Paid training and referral program Location: Serving all of Ada and Canyon Counties At Ease Home Care was founded to provide compassionate, reliable non-medical in-home care throughout Idaho.
