Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Join our team at Champions ABA - MA, where every voice is heard as we work together to discover each individual's potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Malden, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, and communities, while collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals.

• Design and implement comprehensive behavior plans, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and reduce problem behaviors.

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop data-driven treatment plans.

• Supervise and train BCBA candidates, RBTs, and other team members to ensure high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment teams.

• Conduct assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.

• Provide ABA therapy services, including skills training, reinforcement-based interventions, and crisis intervention.

• Supervise and train team members, including BCBA candidates, RBTs, and other staff.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and billable hours.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
