Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• 1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for patients referred by physicians or other sources.
• Administer standardized testing and score results to assess patient communication skills.
• Provide interpretation, documentation, and patient education following assessments, including recommendations based on test outcomes.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians, updating progress notes after each session.
• Communicate regularly with physicians to report on patient progress and status.
