Retail Channel Marketing Specialist (Korean Bilingual)We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Retail Channel Marketing Specialist to support retail and distribution channel growth across North America. This role will focus on executing channel-specific marketing programs that drive sell-through, retail visibility, and promotional performance. The ideal candidate understands how to translate brand strategy into retail activation and measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Lead & support execution of retail marketing initiatives across key retail partners including Ulta, Target, Costco, specialty beauty, and grocery channels.Coordinate in-store promotions, endcaps, and secondary placementsManage promotional calendars and ensure timely executionAssist in retail media coordination (Ulta Media, Target Roundel, Amazon Ads, etc.)Serve as key marketing contact for assigned retail accounts, ensuring alignment between brand objectives, retailer requirements, and commercial goals.Monitor retailer trends, competitive activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for growth.Trade Marketing & Promotion Support:Track and manage TPDs, markdown programs, and co-op initiativesSupport retailer line reviews with marketing decks and performance insightsCoordinate promotional forecasting with Sales and Operations teamsMonitor trade spend ROI and effectivenessCampaign & Content Coordination:Align digital campaigns with retail launch timelinesCoordinate with creative teams for channel-specific assetsEnsure brand consistency across all retail touchpointsSupport influencer or paid media activations tied to retail eventsReporting & Analytics:Track sell-through lift during promotional periodsPrepare weekly/monthly channel performance reportsAnalyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendationsSupport executive-level reporting for key accountsCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth executionCoordinate with brand partners for product updates and marketing alignmentAssist in inventory planning alignment for major campaignsRequired Experience:Korean/English BilingualBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2–4 years experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketingExperience managing retail partners such as Ulta Beauty, Target, Sephora, Costco, or other national retailers are preferred.Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG preferredStrong Excel and reporting skillsExperience with retail promotional programsHighly organized with strong project management abilityStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Experience:Experience managing retail partners such as Ulta Beauty, Target, Sephora, Costco, or other national retailers are preferredKnowledge of sell-in vs. sell-through dynamicsExperience with retail media platformsFamiliarity with trade spend managementAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
