Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Federal Technical Recruiter to support critical projects out of Falls Church, VA . The team is seeking an individual with expertise building strategic partnerships between recruiting and business leaders. Details below. Responsibilities of the Federal Recruiter Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies and hiring solutions. Partner with hiring managers, HR, compensation teams, and recruiters to support business hiring needs. Leverage market trends and innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruiting outcomes. Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical talent. Create accurate job requisitions aligned with business and position requirements. Source, screen, and assess candidates, presenting top talent to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection decisions. Develop competitive and equitable compensation offers with key stakeholders. Conduct compensation analysis, manage offer approvals, and extend offers. Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with OFCCP and company policies.
