• One site per day no bouncing between locations
• Office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices
• Strong clinical support
• Predictable daytime schedule
• No call, no weekends, or holidays!
• Our patients are healthy pediatric cases (primarily ASA I)
• Early start, early finish many days wrap up by 12 PM
• W2 or 1099 options
• Eligible for a profit-sharing partnership after 2 years with shares awarded based on tenure and leadership roles.
