Lead Bartender

F&F Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic   Lead Bartender   to join our team in Mt. Lebo! 

This role will assist in supporting the Front of House and Beverage Management team in overseeing successful Bar and Beverage service. You will bring strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, unwavering integrity, and a true passion for engaging with guests while curating exceptional beverage experiences.

You Should Have:

• 1-2 years experience in a lead position at a restaurant
• Expert food and beverage knowledge (wine or beer certifications a plus!)
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Inventory Management and Beverage ordering experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Flexible work schedule with ability to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler’s Certificate or ServeSafe certification a plus
• English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
• The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
