Описание NinjaPromo - международная digital-маркетинговая компания, которая помогает брендам развиваться на рынках США, Европы, Азии и других регионов с помощью комплексных маркетинговых решений, digital-рекламы и креативного дизайна. Сейчас мы расширяем команду Media Buying & PPC и ищем Дизайнера, который будет создавать рекламные креативы разных форматов с использованием современных AI-инструментов. Для нас важны скорость работы, насмотренность и умение быстро превращать идеи медиабаеров в готовые рекламные материалы. Задачи Создание статичных рекламных креативов и баннеров для рекламных кампаний. Создание моушен-креативов, анимированных баннеров и коротких рекламных видео с использованием AI-инструментов. Генерация и адаптация визуальных концепций, создание различных версий креативов для тестирования рекламных гипотез. Разработка и сборка посадочных страниц (лендингов) с помощью AI-инструментов (периодически, по запросу команды). Взаимодействие с медиабаерами: получение задач, оперативная подготовка материалов, внесение правок и быстрое создание новых вариаций креативов. Требования Опыт работы графическим, рекламным или креативным дизайнером, желательно в performance-маркетинге, digital-рекламе или медиабаинге. Портфолио с примерами рекламных баннеров, креативов и, желательно, анимации или видео. Уверенное владение современными AI-инструментами для создания рекламных креативов: генерации изображений и баннеров (Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly), создания и редактирования видео и анимации (Kling AI, Runway, Veo, Pika). Навыки работы с графическими и видеоредакторами: Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro или аналогами. Высокая скорость работы, внимательность к деталям и умение оперативно переключаться между задачами и вносить правки. Понимание принципов рекламного креатива, визуальной иерархии и особенностей контента для digital-рекламы. Будет плюсом: Опыт создания рекламных креативов для Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads и других рекламных платформ; Опыт создания лендингов с помощью AI-конструкторов и генеративных инструментов.
