OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Johnson City, TN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide OTR dry-van freight for HMD out of Johnson City, TN, operating consistent long-haul lanes with dependable freight and a driver-first support structure. Trucks are newer (under three years) and equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters; maintenance support is provided in-house to maximize uptime.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL-A tractors on long-haul routes, comply with HOS/ELD rules and maintain accurate logs.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing, customer deliveries and paperwork.

Requirements & Benefits:

• Starting pay at 65 CPM, typical averages near 2,500 miles/week, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses.
