This role supports receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service standards.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**The duties include, but are not limited to:* Pull, stage, verify, and prepare orders accurately* Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and accurately* Receive and process shipments and verify quantities and product accuracy* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely* Move, store, rotate, and organize inventory* Use inventory scanners, warehouse systems and other technology to manage accurate inventory accuracy* Support add-on orders, special orders, and time-sensitive deliveries* Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory* Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, and safety concerns* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization* Assist in routine care, cleaning and upkeep of machinery within Distribution Warehouse* Provide excellent internal customer service* Provide administrative support to Distribution Center Management, as needed* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES*** Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations* Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely* Basic computer and inventory system proficiency* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities**QUALIFICATIONS** * High school degree, or equivalent* 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred* Forklift and warehouse equipment experience**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*** Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds* Ability to safely operate material handling equipment**WORK ENVIRONMENT*** Warehouse and distribution center environment* Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions during loading/unloading activities* Frequent interaction with drivers, warehouse personnel, and other departments* Fast-paced operational environment with changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
