Express Employment in Fort Smith, AR is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician who keeps complex print production equipment running at peak performance. Your week runs Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, with starting pay between $20–$24 per hour.

A day in the life

When the floor wakes up, so do you—meters in hand, schematics ready. You’ll move from a precision printing press that needs a fault traced, to a rewinder requiring fine adjustment. You’ll lean on your electrical background to diagnose issues, interpret wiring diagrams, and perform hands-on repairs that keep production on schedule.

What you’ll take on

Diagnose and correct faults on industrial machinery, including printing presses and rewinders
Use meters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical systems
Read and apply electrical schematics to plan and execute repairs
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair with accuracy and care
Document work and collaborate with production to minimize downtime

Mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment
Hands-on background in electrical systems
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, electrical repair, equipment diagnostics & troubleshooting, and electrical schematic reading
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM

Compensation: $20–$24/hour to start
