Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to support achievement of their goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use proven methods to improve patients' abilities in daily tasks, movement, and cognitive functions
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices to encourage progress beyond the clinic
• Assess and Document Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to maintain progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and additional certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
