Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist – Pediatric Focus – Yorktown, VA

Full-Time or Part-Time | $1,000–$1,300 Daily Guarantee OR 30–40% of Production

Nicolini Pediatric Dentistry is a growing private pediatric dental practice in Yorktown, Virginia , seeking a  compassionate, motivated dentist who genuinely enjoys working with children to join our team.

We are primarily seeking a Pediatric Dentist , but we are also open to a General Dentist with pediatric experience or a strong interest in treating children .

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for clinical autonomy, a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth within a growing private practice.

Compensation

• $1,000–$1,300 daily guarantee OR 30–40% of production, whichever is higher , for qualified candidates
• Daily guarantee available during the first year for the right candidate
• After the first year, compensation transitions to a production-based model
• Compensation will be based on experience, clinical background, pediatric experience, board certification/eligibility, and overall qualifications
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be negotiable
• Potential future partnership or ownership opportunity for the right candidate

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Ideally 2–4 days per week
• Monday–Thursday
• Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on the candidate and practice needs
• Opportunity to add clinical days as patient volume grows

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence, including:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry
• Stainless steel crowns and pulpotomies
• Extractions and space maintainers
• Emergency dental care
• Nitrous oxide sedation
• Other routine pediatric procedures within your training, experience, and comfort level

General Dentists with a strong interest in pediatrics are welcome to apply. Prior pediatric experience is preferred, but we are open to dentists who are motivated to develop their pediatric clinical skills.

QualificationsPediatric Dentist

• DMD or DDS
• Board-certified preferred; board-eligible candidates welcome
• Recent pediatric residency graduates encouraged to apply
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
• Enjoys working with children and communicating with families
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented

General Dentist with Pediatric Interest

• DMD or DDS
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Genuine interest in treating children
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
• Willing to perform pediatric procedures within your training and comfort level
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented
