What You'll Be Responsible For
As General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of your restaurant.

That includes:

• Building, coaching, and developing an outstanding team 
• Creating a culture people enjoy being part of 
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences every day 
• Driving sales through community involvement and local marketing 
• Managing food cost, labor, and profitability 
• Hiring and developing future leaders 
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety 
• Protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations 
• Running the restaurant with ownership mentality
