Per Diem Swap Driver - Douglas Motors / Douglas Volkswagen, Summit, NJ Douglas Motors, home of Douglas Volkswagen in Summit, NJ, is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Per Diem Swap Driver to assist with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and inter-dealer transfers on an as-needed basis. This is a good job for someone who is retired, because you need to be available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday on an as-needed basis, but no hours are guaranteed per week.

- Part-time, per-diem position based at Douglas Motors/Douglas Volkswagen, 491 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ.
- This is a good job for someone who is retired.
- Primary duties include swapping vehicles between locations, transporting customer and inventory vehicles, and supporting our sales and service teams with occasional delivery runs.
- Manual transmission experience required; candidate must be comfortable operating stick-shift vehicles (manual transmission) when needed.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Confident driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including new and pre-owned Volkswagens.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible daytime hours as business needs arise, we will call you to work as needed.
