Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Overview We are looking for a Behavior Technician that's available to work in Evans. The clients schedule is Mon, Thu, and Fri, from 1pm to 5pm. Optional to start at part time and move to full time. Skyward Spectrum provides in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to provide direct therapy services to clients. Needs to move about the child's home, playground or natural environments to engage in ABA Therapy with children. Must be able to ascend/descend stairs/ladders to engage children in gross motor activities. Must be able to position self on the floor to engage with children during activities. Experience/Education in field such as mental/behavioral health, social work, psychology, etc. Preferred (preferred). 6 months of ABA experience working with children with Autism (preferred) Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor Travel to client homes Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
