Overview Supervising Pediatric Physical Therapist — Outpatient Clinic, Tulsa, OK — Full-Time — $74,000–$86,000 per year — Up to $8,000 signing bonus. What We’re Looking For DPT or PT degree from an accredited program Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain 3+ years of experience in pediatrics; willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs Passion for working with children and families Mission-driven approach to care What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence Document services in our EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students What We Offer Salary: $74,000 – $86,000 per year based on schedule and experience Signing bonus: up to $8,000 for candidates not participating in SIP Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Generous PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave from day one Continuing education and licensure assistance Monday–Friday schedule Questions before applying?
