3, 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Job Description

The ICU RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, managing multiple organ dysfunction, and using advanced monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.


• Provide care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.


• Manage arterial and central lines effectively.


• Administer continuous IV sedation and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips.


• Assist in the management of BiPAP and CPAP.


• Care for ventilated patients, ensuring compliance with safety and isolation precautions.


• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform suctioning techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of previous charge experience in ICU.


• Familiarity with Epic charting system.


• Must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
