Vendor Relations Specialist

Compensation: $155-$170K base + 10% bonus Relocation Assistance Available An enterprise organization undergoing a major SAP-driven digital transformation is hiring an Expert Contract Manager to support supplier contracts tied to a large, multi-year enterprise implementation program. This role focuses on day-to-day contract management and supplier performance oversight, ensuring agreements are executed effectively and deliver expected business value. You will work closely with program leadership, legal teams, and vendors to ensure contracts remain aligned with program goals while managing renewals, amendments, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing relationships with system integrators and professional services partners Track contract obligations, milestones, and deliverables Lead contract renewals, amendments, and change orders Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual commitments are met Identify potential risks or compliance issues early Support negotiations for scope changes and contract adjustments Partner with program teams, legal, and procurement stakeholders Maintain contract documentation and reporting Qualifications Required 8+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or commercial management Experience managing professional services or system integrator contracts Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred Experience supporting SAP or ERP implementation programs Background in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated industries PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification Experience with SAP, Ariba, SRM, or similar contract platforms Why This Role Direct hire opportunity within a large enterprise transformation program Hybrid work environment with collaboration across senior stakeholders Opportunity to work with major technology partners and system integrators #J-18808-Ljbffr Gravity IT Resources
