ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a Staff Accountant, which gave me a strong financial background and attention to detail that I bring into the business today.

I hold a B.S. in Accounting and am married with three adult children. I value both hard work and maintaining balance, and I strive to create that same environment for my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Danny Barrera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
