Part-Time Research Associate
SonALAsense, Inc. | 1030 Brittan Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Preparation of buffers and reagents.
- Manipulation of primary human tissues and immortalized cell lines, including peripheral blood mononuclear cells and bone marrow derived mononuclear cells sourced from cancer and non-cancer patient samples.
- Immunofluorescent staining for surface antibodies and viability.
- Sample acquisition via flow cytometry.
- Maintenance and QC of flow cytometry instrumentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in cell biology, immunology or related field.
- Comfortable working with primary human tissues.
- Experienced in the use of basic laboratory equipment (i.e., scales, pipets and centrifuges).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work late afternoon and evening shifts.

- Experienced in statistical analysis of scientific data sets.
