We are excited to partner with someone who brings fresh thinking, strong ownership, and pride in their work.This is a role where you’ll have real autonomy, real visibility, and real impact.## ## **What You’ll Do****Plan and execute a wide range of events*** You’ll independently manage smaller and mid‐sized events end‐to‐end, while partnering on our major annual programs**Lead logistics and operations*** Source venues (including onsite visits for major events)* Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities* Manage registration workflows and attendee communication* Support on‐site execution with full authority to resolve issues**Drive organization and process*** Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation* Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting* Create and improve templates and processes that help the team scale* Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows**Collaborate across the business*** You’ll work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders — becoming a trusted partner who keeps everyone aligned and informed.## **Why You’ll Love Working With Us**The team is truly the standout here. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
