This role will support transformation, technology enablement, and operational improvement initiatives while ensuring disciplined project execution, strong PMO governance, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management, PMO Governance, Executive Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Change Management . The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, evolving requirements, ambiguity, competing demands, and senior-level stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional enterprise projects from initial intake through execution, implementation, and delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource capacity, priorities, and delivery schedules. Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints. Support PMO governance and portfolio-level decision-making by identifying risks, tradeoffs, priorities, and recommendations. Prepare executive-ready project materials, including: Executive status reports Decision briefs RAID logs Business cases Project plans Portfolio updates Facilitate Steering Committee, leadership, governance, and stakeholder meetings , ensuring decisions, action items, and commitments are clearly documented and followed through. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Global Security, BTS/Technology, HR, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, EHS, Facilities, and regional teams . Drive effective stakeholder communication and maintain alignment across technical and business teams. Support change management, communications, training, policy rollouts, and user adoption initiatives. Bring structure, organization, and disciplined execution to projects with ambiguous, evolving, or complex requirements. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and operational effectiveness. Ensure project documentation, decisions, risks, and action items are maintained accurately and communicated to appropriate stakeholders. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management / Program Management experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Strong experience with Enterprise Project Management, Portfolio Management, and PMO Governance . Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities, capacity, timelines, dependencies, and risks. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, executive stakeholders, Steering Committees, and governance forums . Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives . Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in security, technology, regulated, compliance-driven, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, privacy, or similar enterprise environments . Familiarity with: Risk and controls Internal/external audits Access management Security governance Policy enforcement Compliance requirements Experience working within large global organizations and geographically distributed teams. Experience with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate . Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, governance materials, and portfolio reporting.
