Java/J2EE Developer LeadGenesis10 is currently seeking a Java/J2EE Developer Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.We are looking for a seasoned Java/J2EE Developer Lead with progressive industry experience to analyze, design, and develop enterprise applications within an Agile development methodology. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining MuleSoft and J2EE-based Integration and API platforms, as well as developing web services using SOAP and REST in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with product partners to onboard new functional requirements.Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and develop enterprise applications using Agile development methodologyDesign, build, and maintain MuleSoft and J2EE based Integration and API platformsIdentify, analyze and develop Integration flows using Mule Connectors, Design Center and API ManagementAssist in web services development with associated skills using SOAP, REST and and support Java-based enterprise applicationsWork closely with product partners to on board new functional requirements in the systemAssist with integration into the MuleSoft platform, set up CI/CD routines, and configure MuleSoft runtimesParticipate in code reviews and daily SCRUM meetingsRequirements:10+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE5+ years of work experience in an Agile environment, participating in daily routines and story estimationBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related fieldExperience with MongoDB or other NoSQL DatabasesWorking knowledge of GitHub or similar environmentExpertise in complex SQL and query plansThis role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsiteDesired skills:Master's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with enterprise DevOps and monitoring toolsPrior Banking Domain ExperienceExperience with AI - Model DevelopmentKnowledge of Application Architecture and Application SecurityExperience with Agile tools (Jira)Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!For contract roles, Genesis10 offers the benefits listed below.
