- Greet patients, families, and visitors, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, charts, and reports
- Assist with scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures
- Coordinate communications between healthcare providers, patients, and families
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
