Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL

Plan B Climatech is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client — a global MEP, technology, and commissioning consulting firm — for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Tampa team. Flexible schedule (4-day office week, remote Fridays), strong benefits, and the chance to work on landmark projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design (layout, calculations, CAD/BIM) for Critical Facilities/Data Center projects, coordinating with other trades
• Serve as client-facing lead and, as appropriate, Engineer of Record on assigned projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, proposals, and technical staff
• Support business development and QA/QC review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
• 8+ years' consulting engineering experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD MEP
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes; SKM Software / Short Circuit / Arc Flash experience a plus
• PE preferred
