Located in Modesto , CA Salary: $23 an hour MIG Welder We are hiring experienced MIG Welders to weld sheet metal products, including bus ramps and other transportation-related equipment. Pay- Starting at $23 per hour
- Swing Shift:
Monday-Friday: 5am-130pm
- At least 2-5 year of MIG welding experience
- MIG welding certification required
- Must be able to pass a fillet weld test
- Basic knowledge of fabrication drawings
- Perform consistent, high-quality hand welds
- Identify acceptable welds and maintain quality standards
- Load weld fixtures and complete hand welds accurately
- Set up fixtures and welding machines (with supervision)
- Operate equipment such as:
- Overhead crane
- Forklift
- Hydraulic press
- Follow directions from the Foreman
- Identify and report process or equipment issues
- Understand and operate machine controls needed for assigned tasks
