Open Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our manufactured housing community in Tallahassee. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and enforcing park rules while coordinating rents, maintenance, and vendor relations. You will work onsite, participate in weekly management meetings, and help achieve occupancy targets.
