Implementation Consultant

Client Onboarding Specialist ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the strategic implementation of payroll & HR solutions for mid‑sized business clients. The role focuses on building client relationships, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring successful adoption of ADP services. What You'll Do Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences. Implement ADP technologies by consulting, analyzing existing systems, and recommending solutions. Partner with internal teams in sales and customer service to share information and address issues. Multi‑task on time‑sensitive projects, follow up with clients, and maintain organization in a high‑volume environment. Adhere to a daily schedule and manage inbound calls, especially during peak seasons. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. 1‑3 years of experience in client service, customer service, or systems integration. Basic project management skills. Ability to work overtime during peak seasons. College degree preferred but not required; military experience also considered.
