Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will work closely with industry group leaders, client teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, develop strategic recommendations, and deliver data-driven solutions. This position is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities Partner with industry group leaders and select client teams to assess current financial performance, identify trends, and compare results against historical performance and future goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic business plans and recommendations that support established financial and operational objectives. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex financial analyses into clear, compelling insights for senior decision-makers. Apply data storytelling techniques to communicate trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations effectively. Lead and manage finance-related projects and strategic initiatives from development through implementation. Conduct market and competitive research, including analysis of industries, geographies, market trends, and relevant business opportunities. Develop financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks to identify performance trends, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Formulate data-driven recommendations and strategies to support financial performance and business growth. Collaborate with colleagues to address business needs and implement innovative financial solutions. Handle highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of analytical experience in finance or a related professional services environment . At least 2 years of experience leading projects, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional business initiatives . Strong financial modeling and financial reporting capabilities. Experience developing and interpreting financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Business Objects and other financial or information technology systems. Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and communicating financial insights, is highly relevant. Strong knowledge of market research resources and financial reporting. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in a customer-focused or stakeholder-facing position. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
