Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand basic English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read tape measures, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 1 yer of assembly of electrical equipment and systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and drills.

Physical Capabilities

• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
• Frequently bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and work with arms above shoulder level.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms up to 30 feet.
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and other safety equipment as needed.

Job Duties

• Run, bundle, install, and terminate wires according to electrical diagrams and company standards.
• Install devices, nameplates, space heaters, CTs, MCC wiring, switchgear wiring, and harnesses.
• Perform drilling, tapping, continuity testing, and in-process inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow ISO, quality, and safety standards while working with production teams.

What You Will Do


As a Wiring Associate you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Wiring Associate supports successful manufacturing operations by assembling products that meet quality, safety, and production standards. This role requires technical skill, organizational ability, and careful attention to detail throughout every stage of assembly.
