- p Providence Health & Services is seeking a patient safety professional in Everett, WA to coordinate, collect, disseminate, and intervene to anticipate safety concerns through proactive risk assessment, and to respond after safety events to evaluate and improve care.
- p In this role you will lead multidisciplinary patient safety investigations and drive process improvements to reduce preventable harm across Providence Regional Medical Center Everett and its network. A nursing background with RN license is required, with CPHQ or infection prevention certification preferred.
