Operations Manager – Clinic Setting Location: Wake Forest, NC Job ID: 31465 This role leads overall operations at an ABA clinic, cultivating a supportive environment, overseeing financial, safety, and compliance, and serving families and clinicians. Key Responsibilities Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance. Community Engagement: Build relationships with families, providing education and guidance throughout onboarding. Team Leadership: Lead 25-50 staff, conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, development plans, and organize monthly and quarterly events. Clinical Outcomes: Partner with Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director, and department leaders on operations quality. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of people-management experience leading large teams across multiple sites or district management. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; significant relevant experience acceptable. High emotional intelligence, strong communication with children, families, and leaders. Impact-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crouch, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain visual and auditory clarity; make independent decisions. Maintain regular, punctual attendance; comply with ADA, FMLA, and local standards. Benefits & Compensation Base salary $65,000 – $85,000 per year, with additional $18,000 bonus potential monthly/quarterly.
