MDS Coordinator RN - Skilled Nursing

Advance your MDS career as a full-time MDS Coordinator RN with Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center.

In this role, you'll oversee the MDS process, coordinate comprehensive assessments, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and support appropriate reimbursement. You'll collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident needs are accurately assessed and documented.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Strong knowledge of MDS assessments, care planning, and reimbursement

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Compensation:
$102,000 - $108,000 per year (DOE)

MDS salary increases are tied to census.
