Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family therapy.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine client needs, arranging for more extensive evaluations when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring seamless communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Participate actively as a collaborative team member, promoting shared goals and a client-centric approach in all interactions.
\n
• Maintain high ethical standards in all professional conduct and adhere to the guidelines set forth by Young Minds Counseling P.C.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure client well-being.
\n
• Carry a caseload of clients, tracking progress and outcomes while ensuring that treatment services align with clients’ presenting problems and treatment goals.

• Complete necessary documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, and submit reports on time to promote organizational accountability and transparency.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, responding efficiently to urgent client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
