Sales Associate

Position Overview As a Body20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with Body20 members and the community. Build community business relationships and partnerships. Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long‑term members. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly. Passion for health and wellness. Willing and able to work some nights, occasional weekends and holidays. High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills. Ability to take 1–2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients. Strong follow‑up and organizational skills. Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
