Commercial Roofing Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team in Fort Myers, Florida.This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands commercial roofing and knows how to take a project from handoff through successful completion. You'll coordinate field operations, crews, materials, schedules, customers, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project financials.If you know commercial roofing, can keep multiple projects moving, and take ownership of your results, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoManage commercial roofing projects from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeoutPlan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsWork closely with Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, vendors, and internal teamsReview project scopes, contracts, plans, specifications, and change requirementsMonitor project budgets, production, labor, material usage, and overall job profitabilityIdentify potential delays, cost overruns, scope issues, and project risks before they become larger problemsCoordinate material deliveries and ensure projects have what they need to stay productiveMaintain regular communication with customers, general contractors, building owners, and other project stakeholdersConduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and scheduleManage RFIs, change orders, documentation, project correspondence, and closeout requirementsEnsure work meets company quality standards, manufacturer requirements, project specifications, and applicable codesPartner with Safety and field leadership to maintain safe jobsitesParticipate in project meetings and provide accurate updates on schedule, production, costs, and outstanding issuesHelp resolve field challenges quickly and keep projects moving toward completionWhat We're Looking ForCommercial roofing experience strongly preferredPrevious Project Management, Assistant Project Management, Superintendent, or similar commercial roofing experienceBilingual English/Spanish preferredWorking knowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and related systemsStrong understanding of roofing installation, sequencing, production, and jobsite operationsAbility to read plans, specifications, scopes of work, and construction documentsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects and prioritiesComfortable working with budgets, job costs, change orders, and project documentationStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with field crews, customers, subcontractors, and managementValid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites as neededComfortable using construction/project management software, Microsoft Office, and mobile technologyWhat We ValueWe're looking for someone who takes ownership.
