Plant Manager

Job Description
Movement Search & Delivery is working with company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, aerospace, and medical markets to identify and evaluate a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire position and located around Bedford, PA.
\n \nWhat You Will Do:
\n \n-Participate as lead staff member responsible for operation and performance of entire operation
\n-Lead multi-disciplined plant team in meeting monthly forecasts and appropriate business metric
\n-Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon
\n-Direct preparation of operational budgets and coordinates capital plans, appropriation requests, and project follow up
\n-Accountable for leading manufacturing, environment, health & safety, engineering, quality, human resources, and finance to achieve business objectives
\n-Implement quarter-over-quarter improvement strategies
\n-Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process
\n-Analyze and implement process flow, inventory and velocity improvements
\n \nThis is a high-profile position, offering an excellent opportunity for continued advancement.
\n \nWhat You Need to Succeed:
\n \n* Bachelors degree preferred
\n* 3+ years experience as a Plant Manager and/or Operations Manager
\n* Metals-related manufacturing process experience is a plus
\n* Previous P&L experience is preferred
\n* Strong communication skills
