Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product expertise, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports a positive, inclusive store environment. Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer service, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge. Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results. Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and support store initiatives and community outreach. Build customer relationships and provide management with feedback on category opportunities. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to use digital tools for customer selling and clienteling is preferred.
