To pay 50% the cost of our employee's individual or family benefits package (including Medical, Dental, and Vision) Short and Long term Disability Insurance (Paid for by Firefly) Life insurance (Paid for by Firefly) Up to 56 hours of Personal Gifted/Sick Leave 12 paid Holidays Up to 10 days of vacation (accruals increase with years of service) 401K plan with 4% match Mileage Reimbursement (From home-to-client, client-to-client, and back to your home) The Job: The BCBA will conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for insurance companies, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, conduct caregiver training, report on treatment plan objectives and attend bi-weekly meetings at our office. Qualifications and Experience: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Bonus Criteria: Each BCBA who bills above 100 hours per month receives a bonus of $50 for each hour billed above 100 that month Six month BCBA evaluations are eligible for a $1000 criteria* based bonus.
