Aerie Woodburn Premium Outlets is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering standout AEO Brand Visual Standards and effective Floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, drive replenishment and sell-through actions, and ensure stockroom and salesfloor adherence to safety and shrink-reduction policies.
