Overview Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. What You'll Be Doing Campaign Management and Delivery: Own day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns at once, across several brands; run timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals so nothing slips; act as the single point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams; hold cross-functional team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables, without direct authority over them; stay ahead of problems and keep every stakeholder aligned Commercial and Pricing: Build creator pricing from the ground up using CPV (cost per view) and projected performance; negotiate creator fees against budget and target CPV, protecting campaign outcomes and margins; proactively negotiate added-value assets and maximise value on every deal; manage campaign budgets line by line, model scenarios, and flag commercial risk early; treat every campaign as a commercial unit Client Service and Retention: Build trusted relationships through clear, proactive, no-surprises communication; tailor reporting and updates to client needs; anticipate client needs, surface insight, and create conditions for renewal and growth Casting and Creator Management: Build casting shortlists and identify creator-fit based on client archetype, campaign goals, and creator vertical; source, brief, and manage creators across the full campaign lifecycle, leading all creator communications; ensure content lands on brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives; manage creator contracting, usage rights, and disclosure compliance Reporting, Performance, and Optimisation: Track performance against CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion; use Kyra's analytics tools to monitor campaigns in flight; keep Kyra as the single source of truth with updates in-platform; flag data inconsistencies and workflow gaps early; turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients with reliable daily reporting Platform, AI, and Ways of Working: Operate inside Kyra's proprietary platform end to end; generate campaign insights that shape the product and apply platform outputs to account work; use AI daily to move faster and improve work quality; adopt new tools quickly and improve workflows on Kyra's AI-native platform; be willing to experiment What You Bring Non-Negotiables Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns A genuine KPI and performance mindset, comfortable owning numbers and being measured on them CPV fluency: ability to build creator pricing from performance targets and defend it Strong Excel and data skills: formulas, pivots, and building a tracker from scratch AI fluency and willingness to use it as part of how you work Able to work EST hours 3 to 4 years in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management Experience across both consumer / DTC and tech / B2B brands Creator negotiation and contracting experience Client-facing experience Good-to-have Fluent in an additional language such as French, German, or Spanish Industry Knowledge Strong cultural competency and a feel for what is about to trend in the US market Fluency across social platforms, creator culture, and the mechanics of digital and creator marketing Real passion for the creator economy Mindset and Drive Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under speed and juggles multiple projects High standards, low ego, collaborative, and adaptable Sound Like You?
