Material Handler IIHelp shape the future of modern mobilityThis role sits at the center of Travelpro's transformation—from a trusted legacy brand into a design-led, consumer-obsessed modern mobility company.Role OverviewThe Material Handler II is responsible for supporting key Distribution Center processes, including receiving, fulfillment, shipping, kitting, and inventory control. This role builds on foundational distribution experience and requires knowledge of multiple functional areas within the facility. Success in the first 6–12 months includes accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory, supporting efficient product flow, and consistently following safety and quality standards. The role works closely with the Distribution Center team to meet customer orders and business requirements.What You'll DoPerform distribution functions including shipping, picking, packing, labeling, receiving, kitting, and light assemblyUse RF devices and handheld technology to sort, scan, and prepare ordersStage products based on customer orders and assist with organizing and maintaining inventoryLoad and unload containers and trailers by handOperate a hand pallet jack and other assigned warehouse equipmentSupport multiple functional areas within the Distribution Center and assist with other projects as neededAssist with other projects and duties as assignedWhat It Takes1–2 years of related experienceManufacturing or distribution experience preferredExperience working with RF devices or handheld warehouse technologyDemonstrated ability to perform multiple distribution functionsAbility to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary to support business requirementsCapabilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to produce high-quality work and maintain productivityGood reading and comprehension skills, including the ability to read orders, RF devices, shipping documents, and related materialsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain a clean and organized work environmentAbility to follow all company safety policies and proceduresWhy This Role MattersSupports critical Distribution Center processes that keep product moving efficientlyHelps ensure customer orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and shippedProvides experienced support across multiple functional areas of the facilityContributes to inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and a safe work environmentProvides critical operational support during both normal and peak business periodsSuccess in this role helps the Distribution Center meet customer and business requirements.QualificationsHigh school graduate1–2 years of related experienceManufacturing or distribution experience preferredExperience using RF equipment and handheld devicesAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsWorking EnvironmentDistribution environment with exposure to noise and dustAbility to work in uncontrolled climate conditions, including hot temperatures in the summer and cold temperatures in the winterAbility to walk or stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaksAbility to balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reachEquipment used includes warehouse RF equipment, hand jack, shrink-wrap machine, broom, and dust panWhat We OfferA culture built for growthWe believe in collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
