Project Manager - Industrial

Project Manager – Industrial Team, Greenville Office You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life. A Day in the Life Work side by side in a team environment with clients, consultants, design leaders, architects, interior designers, urban planners, and emerging professionals on active production projects Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary contact with clients Handle contract negotiations, billing, AR, and perform close‑out and archiving duties for projects Manage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparation Facilitate and seal contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining sign‑off from quality assurance, studio, and client leadership for all required tasks Develop design assignments throughout all project phases Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants Play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality, and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities Your Strengths as a Project Manager Technical production skills and demonstrated ability to produce design and construction documents Proficiency in Revit preferred Understanding of relevant codes (state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA) LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation preferred Collaborate closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadership What You Bring to the Table Registered Architect with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university 8+ years of design experience preferred Experience in the Industrial market preferred A cover letter, résumé, and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.
