Overview Team Rehab is a network of therapist‑owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Weekly structured mentoring is provided for the first three months and can be extended if needed. Mentors are Clinic Directors, experienced PTs in the clinic, or Clinical advisors from another clinic. The program pairs the mentor and mentee for a weekly meeting outside their normal work hours. Both mentor and mentee are paid for their time. The new graduate and their Clinic Director decide who is the best mentor for them. Specialty Mentoring: Based out of Michigan, we offer six different mentoring tracks led by an experienced PT in that area: Women's Health Vestibular TMJ Spine Pediatrics Sports Continuing Education: $1,500 annually toward continuing education or student loans (can be used for courses, travel, meals, lodging, college courses, books, APTA fees, CSM, etc.) In‑house courses that are offered for FREE Over 50 events per year are held at our Michigan, Illinois, and Georgia training centers. Allowed to use 8 continuing education PTO toward community involvement. Courses over $1,500 can be granted up to half of the excess. Mini‑courses offered. Journal Club/Webinars.
