Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
• Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
• Ability to stand continuously for a 12-hour period.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.00$25.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
